Small Barn Designs I Am Looking For An Inexpensive Home Design For A Small And Narrow Lot 28x72. I Want A Simple Lean To Shape.?

I am looking for an inexpensive home design for a small and narrow lot 28x72. I want a simple lean to shape.? - small barn designs

Most houses are too big and modernist houses are nice, but too expensive. I only need Windows on the front and back. I need a garage, but you need it. I will be front and rear road access and must be built on stilts. I want 2 bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms and an open floor plan with living room and kitchen. Need 1000 square meters or less, a low-cost design is very simple. I think I have little choice, because I want to keep costs down, and nobody makes money in this way. I only need maybe 2 doors in most, and I want my cabinet style barn laminated boards. I do not want a gable roof, but I want a style to the roof where the vaulted room, but it seems that you can put the work performed above the ceiling in the rooms. I would like a bedroom and a bathroom on one side with a porch and living in the other, possibly involving the back. It seems to be so complicated. Help, where can I get a cheap design.

I recommend that you consult books in general, are supplied in most retail outlets for home or home improvement stores. Be sure also to "A" manufactured homes .... These could easily be adapted to run on a porch or deck, even on the page.

Since we have to build the port, which would seriously recommend that you run all the wires under the house, including the plumbing ... to isolate then. If you do, you can go with a vaulted ceiling all the way, if you wish. The same shops, of course, the hardware equipment for sale for sliding wardrobe.

Oh, by the way .... If you for some old style house, this house type is often called "shotgun" house ... can take a shotgun through the front door, only the left shot hit the back door, hehehe .... in the house were too long and narrow ... this type of building is actually quite common, where the houses were taxed at the level of the house were. (Old Dutch houses were taxed by the side of the street square, and also built long and narrow)

Have Fun!

Manufactured homes are best for their needs, they can resolve things on their tastes and desires, can be very cheap, check them out you will be surprised.

Is there a school near you with architecture or drafting program? If so, hiring a design student that for you. To give the students valuable experience in the real world and get plans call for a lot cheaper than an architect would.
