Rustic House Plans With Photos Do You Think This House Is Too Unique?

Do you think this house is too unique? - rustic house plans with photos

My family tried to buy their first homes. The link leads you to take is on the market in a good neighborhood, quiet, good schools (elementary and college-B) and the price is good for our budget.

But it is the floor plan too unique? The entrance is located on the second floor, there are many windows for natural light, wooden boards, there is a very rustic, and it seems to be so unique that it would be difficult in resale.

Any opinions?

No matter how the picture is beautiful, you have to see for themselves with their own eyes. Images can be very misleading. Make sure the house is not in a flood zone and has been treated for termites. In any case, make sure that all investigations are finished before you buy the house. This is an old house and need to know when the renovation and additions have revealed. And yes, what type of home can be difficult to sell again, unless some new standard to meet hurricane / protection against the wind.

Buy! He is adorable. And I think it is too exclusive for a house in Florida, especially if it is Beachy! I think you have found a wonderful house, you can really enjoy. And if you can not replace the drywall ........... . malen Use a very good first textbook. Enjoy your first home !!!!!

Well, it's different. But some people. Several can be great in a home. You can put drywall, where he is, while working on the landscape and abroad, and I bet it would be nice. It's all about curb appeal.

I love the house, and with reason, is very unique. There is a lot you have to do. But because it is so unique, it could cause problems trying to sell when the time comes. Do you know how long it on the market today? Also, remember that a buyer
Market. Your money can go a long way. Good luck with the decision to his family.

He seems very nice to me. I am not a broker, but I bought remodeled and sold homes for profit. This seems to be a trading house and property.
In fact, I think I will offer for him now. Just kidding, I am far away from Florida.

This house is beautiful! Natural light is so beautiful. The only thing is that the walls are a bit dark. This could be a good thing, but. The dark walls allows light to contrast with Collor's furniture and accents. Also, because the walls are neutral, you can play with brighter colors. I want to stay away from early primary colors, however, likely that this conflicts with the walls. The choice of tone woods. Is it red? Color of honey? So you can really. Your other option is what my parents did: from the wood siding and replace it with sheet rock. Anyway, the house is beautiful. This is not what we think. This is how it grabs you. Would you agree with this house? Or is it something that youGo learn to love "it?"

Hello tiger_li ...
I love it! I think it will be too. That is not my choice of carpet in front of the lobby, but well, if it pleases you, then everything is Mater.
I like the romantic, rustic.
Good luck, hope everything goes well for the family.

If you do not want to sell quickly, I would not worry too much about them. You will gain value over time, no matter what happens. If you want to do it. Perhaps you can negotiate the price a little, for there is something unique.
